La casualita' della vita; l'intreccio di eventi favorevoli ad un incontro di due persone che per affinita' di interessi e di forti passioni riescono a dar vita ai loro desideri. Erika Porta e Beatrice Reggio hanno cominciato la loro avventura nel mondo magico della ceramica da qualche anno perseguendo con tenacia il loro obiettivo.
Unendo le proprie esperienze e peculiarita' artistiche hanno creato linee di oggetti, usando sia tecniche tradizionali, che tecniche raku e da ultimo la paper clay con porcellana.
Quest'ultima permette la creazione di opere con trame sottili estremamente leggere di un bianco immacolato con trasparenze vetrose. Una tecnica raffinata e altamente creativa attraverso la quale le opere acquistano fascino e voluttuosa eleganza.
Tutto questo e' stato raggiunto dopo una continua ricerca ed una personale esperienza ricca di scoperte e di sperimentazioni. Il perseverare in quello che viene fatto, la soddisfazione nel vedere gli oggetti, prima immaginati e poi, dopo un laborioso lavoro vederli realizzati e' la forte spinta che le porta a continuare il loro percorso.

The serendipity of life; the swirling of events that lead two kindred souls to meet; the sharing of their passions and interests; the realizations of their dreams-this is how Erika Porta and Beatrice Reggio started their adventure in the world of ceramics, pursuing their objective with tenacity and enthusiasm.
Sharing and melting their artistic experiences and taste, they created a line of objects, both with traditional techniques, raku methods, and lately paper clay with porcelain.
The latter allows crafting pieces with extremely thin and light frames, bright white, with glass-like reflections. It is a sophisticated and elegant technique, yet highly creative and the final results are fascinating and graceful.
All this has been achieved through continuous research and personal growth, with discovering and experimenting and building experience. The tenacity in learning, the vision of the result, and the final achievement of seeing the actual piece, is the drive that keeps Beatrice and Erika focused on their creative path.
